11892026_802341416541088_2483832171334379326_nHey lovelies! As many of you may already know, one of my biggest passions has always been music. I’ve loved singing for as long as I can remember and as a kid I was always dancing and taking ballet lessons…(Can you imagine! Haha.) When I was seven I started playing the cello and when I turned eleven I picked up the guitar, and have been playing both ever since.

For the past two years I’ve been working hard at the guitar and have been writing and learning many songs so that I have been able to go out and do frequent gigs and busk! I recently busked in Brighton and have played at a few gigs. I also plan to busk in Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Lindfield and Kingston upon Thames.

You can find my soundcloud here, where I’ve recorded a couple of songs.

P.S. If you ever want any updates of how my music’s going, or have any recommendations of where to busk, please let me know!

hiHey lovelies! I’m officially BACK and am 100% gonna be back in the blogging game…It’s just been too long. To be honest I think I may have also had a bit of writer’s block and was just stuck on ideas to write about and things to say because it had just been so long. I finished my GCSEs and after a whole year full of stress and constantly revising all the time, I am so glad that I got to get on a plane and fly to Morocco for a week and a half with my family. It was such a breath-taking, beautiful trip and we did so many awesome things, as well as just being able to sit back and relax by the pool…I also got a pretty henna design on my hand, and I’m so sad that it’s fading, although it’s lasted so long!

I’ve also been on so many adventures with my friends and family, such as trips to Brighton and sleepovers, going out on dinner dates, PROM (post coming about that soon!) and just partying because come on, I’m 16, I gotta live a little instead of being tucked up at home watching netflix if I’m honest…

hvL1EeqsHey lovelies! So okay, it’s starting to brighten up a lot here in England, with many a summer spell, and practically everyday I seem to end up bathing in my own sweat…It’s definitely Summer, which means many will be off to get their bodies fully bronzed up, but not me.

Why shouldn’t we all just embrace our own natural skin? Yes, I’m rather pale, but it doesn’t mean I need to go off and apply fake tan, or go out and bathe in the sun, just to try to get a tan, whilst effectively putting myself at risk of skin cancer…Pale girls in general have less skin pigmentation, so when they’re exposed to the sun they’re often at a high risk, as well as if they got into a tanning booth.

Of course I’m not saying that you should shut yourselves indoors all day, of course not! I mean, in England most people lack vitamin D because they don’t get enough sun, but this doesn’t mean that you should go outside without any sun cream just to gain a tan, and instead burn yourself silly. All I want to express, is that you shouldn’t need to try to get a tan just to cover up the fact that you may have quite pale skin, like me…You should embrace whatever skin you have, and we all just need to gain that extra boost of self-confidence and learn to love ourselves the way that we are!

Hey lovelies! I just wanted to share this video, as it really did do what the title said it would! It really made me think about how so many of us take so much for granted…Some of us are so selfish and don’t even try to help give people what they need. This topic is really important to me, as I feel that every individual should try their hardest at giving for nothing in return, but to just feel that satisfaction that you’ve actually gone and tried to help someone.

This is why I wanted to share Sam Pepper‘s video, so that you could also keep this in mind, and also try to share this around to make others think.

Sometimes those who have less give more…”We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

uuuHey lovelies! Okay, this is just a quick post just to let you know that I’ve stopped doing my youtube channel. I’m not enjoying it as much as I thought, and I don’t have enough spare time to put a lot of effort into it. I might start it up again soon, I just need to ease into it. I think if I start it again I’ll probably start off with some look-books or OOTDs, and then maybe some talking videos as I get into it! I’m also thinking of starting a youtube channel dedicated to music which I may also share with you!

I hope that’s okay?!

PicMonkey CollageHey lovelies! Gosh I’ve been a naughty blogger…It’s been a week guys. A WEEK. Okay I shall explain…On the second of January I went away for a few days up North to see some of my family. It was so lovely to catch up with everybody, with a trip to Pizza Express, endless cups of Starbucks and several trips to Maccy D’s (because you know the joys of travelling for hours trapped in a car with your family)…

So there was that which stopped me blogging for a few days, and then it was back to school on Monday which was rather hectic, as it’s a bit of a change from the last two weeks of lazing around! But I’m back, so hey ho let’s get on with this rather quickish post…I saw Thalia sharing her top posts on her blog, so I just wanted to look back on my blog posts from the last year and share with you a few of my favourites! Feel free to flick through old posts on my blog if you have some spare time or just have a quick look at my top six:

Top L-R: The rainbow tag, The try-outs, Day and night fragrances.

Bottom L-R: Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy, Babylips in Pink Punch, Mad hatter tea party.

Share your top posts of 2013 with me in the comments section!

(Or just a lovely day if you don’t celebrate it!:)) I know I did, looky, I got a new guitar and it is beautiful!:’) THIS IS MAHOGANY! (All my fellow Hunger Games fans will get that quote;)) My new dress is pictured below, and then my awesome stripy jumper which was taken a while back, and my new spotty onesie! If you guys want me to do a haul, then just comment below, because I know a few people (including myself) like reading or watching hauls, but it’s in no way bragging! I just personally find them fun to watch, but I don’t know whether I should?

I hope you all have a very lovely Boxing day, and I shall be chilling with the family eating a ton of food like yesterday, recovering from this darn cold that I’ve suddenly got and watching some sleepy Christmas films! What will you be doing?
